Celebrate National Health Center Week with Cornerstone Family Healthcare
Join us for a FREE Community Health Fair on Saturday, August 10, 2024 from 10 AM – 2 PM at Cornerstone Family Healthcare’s Kaplan Family Pavilion located at 147 Lake Street.
Stop by for a fun-filled day for the entire family. There will be activities for kids and adults, health and wellness screenings, community resources, giveaways, music, snacks, and more!
