Every residential home in the United States is eligible to order a set of 4 free at-home rapid COVID-19 tests, to be delivered by the US Postal Service. To order your tests, visit: COVIDTests.gov
Here’s what you need to know:
• Limit of one order per residential address
• One order includes 4 individual rapid antigen COVID-19 tests
• Orders will ship free starting in late January
For people who don’t have internet access, a dedicated number will be available soon to request the free tests by phone.

As of January 15, 2022, private insurance companies are also now required to pay you back for 8 at-home tests per month for each person covered by the plan, regardless of whether the tests are bought all at once or at separate times throughout the month.
