CORNWALL, N.Y. (September 25, 2020)—Cornerstone Family Healthcare is pleased to welcome Dr. Julieta Hernandez, MD to the team. Dr. Hernandez is joining Cornerstone to practice family medicine at the community health center’s Pine Bush location.
Dr. Hernandez received her Medical Doctorate Degree from Michigan State University and completed her residency at Ellis Medicine in Schenectady, NY. She is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and holds a NYS Physician License. As a family medicine physician, Dr. Hernandez is able to care for people of all ages – from neonatal to geriatric – and from all walks of life and socioeconomic status.
Dr. Hernandez’s clinical interests include screenings and preventive medicine. She can perform a wide range of patient services that include, but are not limited to: primary care services, women’s health services, prenatal care, pediatric care, and management of acute and chronic diseases of the adult. She can also offer PrEP HIV/AIDS prevention services.
Dr. Hernandez is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Cornerstone’s Pine Bush office, located at 99 Cameron Street, is open Monday from 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Tuesday through Thursday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Saturday hours are available once a month from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
