Scholarship and Loan Repayment Options for Health Professionals

If you are a healthcare professional, Cornerstone Family Healthcare can help you eliminate your educational debt while providing the kind of health care for which you were trained. The National Health Services Corps, a national program of both scholarship and loan repayment, is an outstanding benefit for clinicians. It is a unique way for health care professionals to fulfill their NHSC obligations.

If you are just thinking about a health professions career, consider applying for a NHSC scholarship, which brings with it tuition, fees, and a living stipend in exchange for 2 to 4 years of working at Cornerstone. Professionals out of college or graduate school can receive a minimum of $60,000 to repay student loans if they work for two years at Cornerstone. Doctors, nurse practitioners, dentists, dental hygienists, social workers, and psychologists- all are eligible.
