Cornerstone Family Healthcare completed purchasing the assets Wednesday of financially troubled provider Middletown Community Health Center, creating a behemoth multi-specialty medical practice for the region’s low-income patients. Signing off on the deal were the U.S. Bureau of Primary Health Care, the New York Department of Health and New York Attorney
