Cornerstone Family Healthcare is proud to administer the Medical Gap Fund on behalf of Miles of Hope in Orange County, Rockland County, Sullivan County, Ulster County and Green County.

The Medical Gap Care Fund was established to help individuals residing in one of the nine counties of New York’s Hudson Valley who experience life emergencies and/or costs not covered by health insurance while they are undergoing treatment for breast cancer. You do not need to be a patient of Cornerstone Family Healthcare to apply for the Miles of Hope Medical Gap Fund.

These expenses could include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Insurance Co-pays
• Medication / Medical Equipment Not Covered by Insurance
• Post-surgery Garments (lymphedema sleeves, mastectomy clothing, etc.)
• Housing / Rent
• Transportation
• Utilities
• And more
