Dave Jolly is the President & Chief Executive Officer for Cornerstone Family Healthcare. He joined Cornerstone in January 2014 after completing his term as Commissioner of the Orange County Department of Social Services (DSS), a position that he held for eight years.
Serving as County Commissioner, and prior to that as Deputy Commissioner, Dave was responsible for managing the finances and operations of programs like Medicaid, Child Support, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Child Protective Services (CPS), and Foster Care. He also supported the development of the Neighborhood Business & Resource Center (NBRC), a fundamental organization to the City of Newburgh for its ability to centralize various programs essential to the community.
Dave is currently the Chairman of the New York State Association of Counties, Medicaid and Human Services Resolutions Committee; a Board Member and Community Impact Chairperson for the United Way of Dutchess-Orange Region; and Past President of the New York Public Welfare Association. He also has participated in many research projects related to domestic violence, homelessness, and juvenile justice with Mount Saint Mary College.
Avi Silber, MD, FAAP, is the Chief Medical Officer for Cornerstone Family Healthcare. He joined Cornerstone in 2006 as Chief of Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine.
Dr. Silber is a graduate of Temple University School of Medicine and holds an undergraduate degree in biology from SUNY Binghamton. He is a member of the American Association of Pediatrics (AAP) and the Orange County Medical Society. Dr. Silber is the chairman-elect of the Clinical Directors Network. He resides in Highland Mills with his wife and three daughters.
Luanne brings over twenty-three years of nursing leadership and clinical experience to her new role. Since joining Cornerstone in 2015, Luanne has consistently raised the bar for high-quality, compassionate patient care and nursing excellence.
Michael worked for Cornerstone Family Healthcare from 2010 to 2015 before leaving for two years to serve as District Director for the New York State’s 18th Congressional District under Congressman Sean Patrick Maloney. He rejoined the Cornerstone staff in 2017 as Chief of Staff. Michael comes to Cornerstone with more than eight years’ experience in public and government relations, branding, marketing, and project management.
As Medical Director, Dr. Angela Hulse is responsible for organization and delivery of medical services to Cornerstone’s patients. She provides clinical input consistent with quality standards of practice. She is an attending physician for the ORMC residents in the ambulatory care division and serves as core faculty at ORMC. As Associate Professor at Touro Medical College, she enjoys training and mentoring the upcoming physicians.
Currently, she is pursuing a Certified Physician Executive Certificate and is enrolled in Cornerstone’s Emerging Leaders Program.
She worked in Urgent Care for the past 10 years in Orange County and is Board Certified in Internal medicine.
Dr. Hulse graduated from LECOM Medical School and completed her internship at North Shore University Hospital at Plainview. She graduated from residency at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, New York.
She lives in Orange County with her husband and 3 children and is active with the Boy Scouts, Catholic Daughters of Orange County, Goshen Rec and CCD.
Diahan Scott is the VP of External Programs. She has a master’s degree in public administration with a focus on healthcare administration. Diahan is passionate about community health and has more than 15 years of experience working with special needs and underserved populations.
Margaret comes to Cornerstone Family Healthcare with over 20 years of health care experience related to hospital and outpatient services. She has an associate’s degree in science from Berkeley College in White Plains, N.Y.
Chris Lennon is the Vice President of Grants and Regulatory Management. He has a bachelor’s degree in communications from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY. Prior to joining the staff at Cornerstone, Chris worked for 10 years as an editor for a number of Hudson Valley-based publications.
