  8. Why did you choose to be a provider in your specialty?

I chose my specialty for growth and development. To heal many things that the doctor can take credit for. The privilege of seeing children improve and watching young success, the acceptance into the family's emotional life, the chance to be a role model, the chance to be confronted by precocious stages, which is good for doctor's humility, the chance to witness parental heroism, interesting cocktail-party observations of new acquaintances when they ask your occupation, and continual learning.

  9. What are your top three personal values? Curious, having a good sense of humor, and being dependable.
  10. What is your approach to connect with your patients? By expressing a genuine interest in what's going on in their world, what they're working on, and their well-being.
  11. What is one of your most proud accomplishments? Getting kids to smile
